The Institute is the credentialing arm of Solari. It writes Standards, examines against them, and maintains the register of practitioners who hold each credential. Each credential certifies one discipline for one profession, examined against the law of a named jurisdiction.

Dubai Legal Affairs Department accreditation covers the areas below. Each credential is issued within one of them, with its own Standard and its own examination.

What the Institute does

A credential is only useful if someone can check it.

The Institute exists to make professional claims verifiable. It publishes the Standard, sets the examination, records who holds what, and requires maintenance so the credential still means something two years later.

The Standard is published in full. Nothing examined is withheld from candidates or employers.
Every certificate records the version of the Standard it was examined against.
Every credential has a public verification page.
Renewal is annual. A lapsed credential shows as expired in the register; it is not removed.

What every Solari credential states.

Each credential rests on a published Standard, is earned by examination, and stays current only while it is maintained. All three are visible on the certificate and in the public register.

The Standard

A versioned body of knowledge, published in full, that defines what a holder must know and be able to do. The version is recorded on every certificate.

The examination

Scenario-based and blueprinted to the Standard's weights. The credential attests to a passed examination, never to attendance.

Maintenance

Annual recertification against the current version. A lapsed credential reads as expired in the register rather than disappearing.
