Solari LLC (“Solari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional advisory, strategy, and consulting services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are subject to the following Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Solari LLC are non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
Strategy sessions, consultations, and diagnostic calls
Advisory services, retainers, and fixed-fee engagements
Digital products, written materials, frameworks, or deliverables
Any services delivered in whole or in part
Once a purchase is made, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued, regardless of usage, attendance, dissatisfaction, or perceived outcomes.
Professional Services Disclaimer
Solari LLC provides strategic, advisory, and analytical services based on professional judgment, expertise, and information provided by the client. Outcomes may vary based on numerous factors outside Solari’s control, including implementation decisions, organizational constraints, and external conditions.
As such, Solari does not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, regulatory approvals, or operational performance improvements. The absence of a guaranteed outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Missed Sessions and Late Cancellations
Failure to attend a scheduled session, or cancellation within any stated cancellation window, does not entitle the client to a refund.
Where explicitly stated in a separate agreement or booking description, Solari may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time reschedule. Any such accommodation does not alter this no-refund policy.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing services from Solari LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or scheduled.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a breach of contract. Solari reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate services immediately
Recover associated administrative, legal, or collection costs
Dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law. No discretionary or goodwill refunds are offered.
If Solari LLC is unable to deliver services due to its own unilateral cancellation and no reasonable alternative or rescheduling is provided, Solari’s liability—if any—will be limited to the amount paid for the undelivered portion of services.
California Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to comply with California consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all sales are final.
