An endorsement for England and Wales, following the same structure as the California and UAE endorsements. It has not yet issued. This page will carry the body of knowledge, the examination terms, and the fee when it does.
Every jurisdiction endorsement is built the same way: the local duties and the bodies that enforce them, the instruments a practitioner has to be able to read, the court-facing requirements, and a separately versioned examination sitting on top of the national core. England and Wales will follow that structure.
The body of knowledge itself is in development. The Institute does not publish a curriculum, a fee, or an examination specification before it exists, and this page will carry all three when the endorsement issues. The AGL national core is open now to attorneys and solicitors anywhere, and it is the prerequisite for every endorsement including this one.
The Institute holds no accreditation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board, or any other body in England and Wales, and claims no continuing professional development credit there. Any such claim would follow an approval rather than precede it.
